I’m an energetic, proactive leader with 20+ years experience working within agencies and consultancies for some of the biggest brands in the public and private sector. I’m currently Experience Director at Riverr, a LAB Agency where I lead the product design team and agency as part of the Senior Leadership Team. My role is split between agency growth, building a strong happy team, working with clients and creating an environment for amazing, creative, user centred work to happen.

My breadth of experience and passion for design, technology and problem solving are key strengths which allow me to lead across everything from pitching to discovery, building great teams, strategy, working with c-level stakeholders and leading high quality design work. A naturally curious person, I love to dive into complex user and business problems. I’m passionate about creativity and the creation of digital products that are innovative, user centric and joyful to those that use them. Great design and experience is key to business growth.
